How Chambazo Works
Post work clearly.
Know what happens next.
Chambazo is preparing to launch its short-term Gig marketplace in Miami. Workers see posted rates and pay no platform fee. Gig posters choose applicants and pay a flat 15% platform fee. Payment is secured before work starts.
For Workers
Choose the gigs that fit your schedule.
Create your free account
Create an account, add the skills you actually offer, and finish payout setup so you can apply. Identity verification is optional and adds a visible badge when completed.
Verification badges report completed checks; they are not a safety guarantee.
Choose gigs near you
Browse the gigs currently listed in your area. Choose Apply when one fits, or Skip when it does not. What appears depends on what local gig posters have published.
No cover letter — review the posted rate and apply.
Apply, then follow the booking state
Gig posters review applicants and choose a worker. Chambazo shows whether you applied, hold a reserved spot, or have a payment-secured booking.
The gig poster picks a worker; the booking becomes final once you accept and payment is secured.
Show up · clock in
Clock in when you arrive. The shift time is recorded; when location permission is available, clock-in also stores a one-time GPS stamp. Clock out when done.
The record supports later review; Chambazo does not continuously track you.
Receive payout after the shift
Payment is released when the gig poster approves the completed shift, or automatically 24 hours after the scheduled end if no dispute is open. Stripe payouts typically reach your bank in 1–2 business days. You keep 100% of the posted rate.
Direct deposit via Stripe; bank timing can vary.

For Gig Posters
Post a gig. Choose a worker. Secure payment before work.
Post a clear gig
Name the role, set the posted rate or flat price, and add the date, time, area, and work details. Review everything before you publish.
Once published, eligible workers can view the listing and choose whether to apply.
Workers apply — you pick
Applicants appear when workers choose to apply. Review Chambazo Score, skills, recorded gig history, ratings, and earned verification badges before you choose.
Choose a worker, then secure payment; the booking is confirmed once payment is successfully secured.
Clock-in leaves a shift record
The worker clocks in and you can review the timestamp. When the worker grants location permission, the record also includes a one-time GPS stamp; it is not continuous tracking.
GigCheck monitors confirmed active shifts and can alert both sides after a missed clock-in.
Release payment after completed work
Payment must be secured before work starts. Approve the completed shift to release it; if no dispute is open, it releases automatically 24 hours after the scheduled end.
If something went wrong, open a dispute within 24 hours of the scheduled shift end so the payment remains unreleased during review.

How does Chambazo work for gig posters?

How fast can I hire on Chambazo?
There is no guaranteed hiring time. It depends on the role, posted rate, schedule, location, and whether nearby workers choose to apply. Chambazo shows the real applicant and booking state instead of estimating a fill time.
